ARTISANS DE GENEVE is an independent workshop. On our website only, we offer a service of personalization of timepieces at the request of our customers within our limited capacities. We do not manufacture nor sell watches.
We are neither affiliated to nor authorized by the manufacturers of the client’s watches, that we accept to customize. They do not approve modifications or personalizations made to their products by unauthorized third parties
Therefore, our customization services are provided for personal and private use only. Any other use, in particular of a commercial nature, is not approved by ARTISANS DE GENEVE and will invalidate our warranty.

Write your own story
Every watch enthusiast has once wished to be in the shoes of a watchmaker and transform his own favorite timepiece. To modify a dial, a bezel, hands and more, to make this piece as unique as its owner. With our made-to-measure service, we offer our clients the opportunity to write their own story and push the boundaries of personalization, by starting either from a project already realized by Artisans de Genève or from scratch.

Make a request
The sketch is the first step, giving the project its first breath. Each idea is transcribed into a drawing to find the right balance between the aesthetical and technical aspects, and achieve a perfect finish to comply with our client’s requests. We then proceed to prototyping, a phase requiring several weeks, it allows us to adjust each element with the utmost care.

Design
Once we have gathered your ideas, several designs will be presented. Each intervention is meticulously studied to offer you an aesthetical and technical look as close as your expectations.
Prototype
The prototype phase requires several weeks, each modification is carefully examined, the custom parts are worked in our workshop in Switzerland by passionate and experienced craftsmen.
Piece Unique
Once the prototype is approved, we proceed to the final modifications and thorough quality controls. Each element is meticulously monitored by our artisans. Your Piece Unique is provided with a certificate of authenticity and an international warranty, as well as a membership card that makes you eligible for the Artisans Members Club.
